GoogleTotal betrayal. Crooks who lied to us consistently. Moved in to find half the flat full of the landlords stuff which we they refuse to remove and was not on the inventory. Refusal to carry out urgent repairs. Rude and incompetent staff. I guarantee the positive reviews here are bots. Total scam. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleWhen I was moving into my new flat, Jenna showed around and was very helpful, chatty and charming. She put me right at ease and made it enjoyable. Throughout the process of actually putting the offer in, signing the contracts etc she was always quick to answer a question or keep us in the loop with a status update. I'd give her 6 stars if I could, she's great!

GoogleVery reassuring experience with KFH. Sarah showed me around several properties and was able to answer all my questions about the property and sellers immediately. She was able to point out opportunities for each dwelling - developments within the area and pointing out potential amendments that could make the space more flexible. I didn’t feel put under any pressure and found Sarah’s advice really helpful. Would def use KFH again.

GoogleKFH (Lee Green) were great. I needed to rent my flat out quickly and after contacting KFH there were viewings after 3 days and the tenant signed and moved in within 10 days. They understood my requirements; communications were good and the process was smooth - majority of it done on-line. I'd recommend them either for finding your next tenant or finding your next home - be it permanent or temporary

GoogleVery disappointed with the professionalism at this branch. Sarah Gillette whom l dealt with before was brilliant but l would not recommend now. Admittedly house sold and house bought but very bad communication and customer attitude. Left a bad taste in my mouth and would not recommend due to my experience. It’s no joke selling and buying so treat people with some form of respect.

GoogleI visited Lee to explore the area as a potential buyer and accidentally met Sarah at Kinleigh Folkard. In a few hours, she arranged 6 viewings for me and she has not only drove me to the properties but also gave me a lot of tips about the neighbourhood, including nice restaurants. Overall I was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the service she offered. Highly recommended!
