GoogleI rang with the simple question of "Do you do probate valuations?" I could not get a straightforward answer. The employee, who had refrained from giving her name, wanted to know my property details, whether I intended selling through them, which road the property was in? On asking again "Do you do probate valuations?" I was still unable to get a straight forward reply. Wouldn't use them for anything after this. As if dealing with Probate isn't upsetting enough.

GoogleAfter having more than one estate agent view and value our property we decided to appoint Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward for the sale of our property. Since instruction we swiftly meet the team from their Lee branch, enabling them to familiarise themselves with our house to maximise their knowledge and for us to meet them. They have shown to be very proactive in contacting prospective buyers, with one in particular negociator Jonathan Lawrie, who has to date dealt with all viewings both professionally and personable, being very informative and always responding quickly to any arising questions. An invaluable member of staff and a credit to Kinleigh Falkard & Hayward. We look forward to having a successful sale. Well done.

GoogleWe used KFH as we were buying a new house through the same company and we were very pleased that we did. All of the guys at the Lee branch were professional, and had all clearly been trained to a very high level of customer service. They were very easy to deal with and on a number of occasions went out of their way regarding viewings. Would definitely recommend them, excellent staff and easy to work with.

GoogleKFH has been very professional when saling my house. It was a particular situation, very difficult to deal with ex-partner, every single decision was a nightmare but these guys (Tate and Ramsey) have overcome all difficulties. In the end the house was sold with a very good price above far above the actual market price. Well done guys for your professionalism.
