GoogleI approached KFH a few weeks ago hoping to view a property. I met Sarah Gillett, who kindly accompanied me. She arranged for us to view a few other properties in my price range and it was clear to me that she had put some thought into finding properties that might be interesting. I had a second viewing with Sarah and my parents last week and they were also very impressed by the quality of the property found and the service from KFH and Sarah.

GoogleWe had a very pleasant experience with this estate agent. Our point of contact, Sarah Gillet, was very professional and knowledgeable about the properties in the area. She kept us updated on what was new on the market on a regular basis and devoted time in fully understanding what are requirements were. She always followed up after viewings to get our feedback and to further understand what would work and what won’t for us. Wish her all the best!

GoogleFrom initially dealing with Sinead, she was amazing really attentive and her service was extremely professional with a personal touch to accommodate myself and my young child in the office. I went on to do viewings with Jenna, she was also very professional and even worked late to do a viewing with me so my husband could attend. GoogleI recently completed sale of my flat which was marketed through KFH, Lee and I must say the service was impeccable. Ryan, our sales negotiator, was the embodiment of professionalism and was extremely efficient, tenacious, hardworking and diligent at all times. The sale was far from straightforward but Ryan remained calm and patient throughout the duration, which is exactly what you need during the extremely stressful process of buying/selling a property. I won't hesitate to make KFH my first port of call when we embark on buying/selling a property in the future.

GoogleAfter unsuccessfully trying to rent a property for several weeks I managed to stumble across KFH where I had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle Bolger. Within a few days he had found us the perfect property, got our offer accepted and all the necessary paper work finalised and signed. In other words, he gets things done, unlike a lot of other agents we've dealt with. I have a lot of respect for him because of that and couldn't recommend him more. Thanks

GoogleGreat effort from the KFH Lee team in selling our house in what turned out to be a difficult and declining London mid-market. Franck and his colleagues managed to generate significant prospects at a tough time of year when competitors were struggling, and once the sale was agreed they stayed very communicative and successfully pushed completion through within five weeks. Their efforts prove why the high-street agent still has a place despite online competition, and the fee is worth every penny.

GoogleThank you in particular to Kyle and Stephanie, who were very helpful and approachable all through out the process of finding a new home. We felt very well cared for and would recommend. The only thing that I would note is that the bureaucratic process of the singing a lease was very prolonged and, in my opinion, could be shortened drastically (i.e all the required documents be prepared and sent at once rather than split apart). However, as I understand, this is due to legal requirements/liability issues and not a fault of poor design. Either way, still overall a good estate agency to find property.

GoogleI have just spent a week looking for a property near my son in Hither Green,and getting to know the area which is completely new to me.I was not sure of what was available, or even what I wanted. Sarah Gillett has shown me a good range of properties, all of which met the few criteria that I had given her. She was cheerful, patient and informative. She took the time to fit in a second unplanned visit to one of the flats I liked and seemed very enthusiastic about the area. It was nice to get an email from her with suggestions of places to eat and parks worth visiting. I now have a clearer idea of what I want and would be more than happy to be shown around by her when I resume my search in the future,

GoogleWas shown a property by Jade Nash she worked really hard to make it happen, was so kind and friendly and so down to earth. Kept in communication through emails and phone calls and made the experience overall so much better. Credit to the company and deserves acknowledgment for her great work
