GoogleMy family's experience with KFH Lee Branch so far has been great! We were contacted by Sonny and in less than a week we found the perfect home and our offer was accepted. The best think about working with the agent Sonny, was his efficient communication. We were able to get in touch any time during the day and he was always very helpful, and with a great level of professionalism. I would definitely consider and recommend the KFH Lee branch anytime in the future!

I have found him to be a very professional, helpful gentleman and have been more than satisfied with the service I have received. GoogleI have now seen multiple properties with KFH Lee, and the agents have always been professional and helpful. In particular, Mr Goode has taken great care to truly understand what I'm looking for and, unlike other agents from different companies, only sent me listings of properties that were truly relevant for me. He's been always punctual and reliable, and he's extremely friendly, which makes the entire house search experience a little less stressful and more enjoyable. Would highly recommend

GoogleI had a viewing of a property the lady estate agent met me and my daughter at the property. She greeted us with a smile and invited us into the property. Once inside looking around the rooms she didn't try rushing us let us look around and was able to answer questions that arose just by looking around. I was impressed with the property I put an offer for it. I phoned the lady estate agent who put it to the vendor which was uncertain whether to except my offer. The lady estate agent work hard with the vendor to get my offer excepted and kept me informed how the sale was progressing. I was pleasantly surprised by the effort she put in for me to get the house which I hope will me my home for many years to come. Many thanks kyra a real asset to khf. GoogleMost of us when choosing an estate agent think about and question how well will they market the property and what is the level of the commission. With the internet now so dominate in terms of property searching many will decide that a traditional agent is unnecessary. I disagree; yes a good agent gets viewings but where they really come into their own is not attracting bids but making bids stick and seeing the process through. Sales are falling through like never before at the moment and in this regard I found KFH in Lee truly excellent. They managed the sales process superbly, keeping on top of all the documentation, managing timeframes, communicating frequently and chasing down lazy lawyers. GoogleOverall, we've had a very positive experience selling our home with KFH in Lee. The team as a whole are professional, responsive, work hard and really seem to care about their clients' experience. They achieved a high level of viewings for us. Even when we experienced some practical issues when we first went on the market, KFH worked hard to resolve them for us. Jonathan in particular gave us excellent support. Jonathan listens to his clients, respects their circumstances and works with perseverance and persistence to get you to the point of contract exchange.
