Ed provided us with impeccable service and was the biggest help in finding and concluding the let on a property that matched all of our requirements. The back office support was also top class and we would recommend Ed without hesitation - he is at the top of the game and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe had a difficult start to our experience, it was very hard to get hold of our rep from offer stage till exchange. We would call multiple times and get through to another member of the team to be told they would leave a message but we wouldn't hear any updates for a few days when we followed up. As first time buyers, this made our experience quite daunting and wished we had more support during this time, as there were complications with our offer. We then got handed Ramsey and Jonathan who were much more responsive and helped us through to completion. There seemed to be details missed in the handover process as they weren't aware of the complications we had to be supportive on that.

GoogleI viewed a rental property with Edmund that in the end we didn't go for. However, Edmund contacted me a week later saying he had a property he thought matched our needs. Within an hour and a half we were viewing the property and had an offer accepted before it hit the main property sites. We were delighted with the service from Edmund and since the offer was accepted he has kept us up to date and guided us through the process seemlessly. Excellent service and would recommend.

GoogleSonny at the Lee office did a fantastic job of quickly and efficiently finding me a suitable flat and was flexible during the day on a Saturday (+ at short notice, called an enquiry in from letting board) to show me multiple flats of varying price ranges to find something suitable. He's also always quick to respond to emails or calls with questions & queries. The whole process has been smooth and professionally co-ordinated. Thoroughly recommend if you're looking for a flat in south east London.

GoogleI've had such an awful experience with this agency. It's the most unprofessional, unreliable and unorganized professional experience I have ever had. We were made to believe the house we rented would be live-able but, upon move in, it was and is run down, filthy, bug/spider ridden, overgrown and unkempt. The old furniture was ugly and literally falling apart. The new furniture that was supposed to have been moved in has still not arrived (it's been over a week since move in), our stove doesn't work, our boiler doesn't work. They didn't deep clean the house before we moved in, instead they sent someone to clean around all our stuff after move in???? The bedrooms still have to be repainted. You'd think they would move to do this stuff before tenants come in but nope! Also, they sent multiple incorrect contracts from their office which was very unprofessional. We had to point out their contractual mistakes. We had some furniture delivered but the delivery men said the office never paid them so they wouldn't put anything together for us. & When we call to request help or complain, they act like it is our fault. Or they don’t respond at all. The Senior Letting Negotiator and the Property Manager both have been less than helpful and the entire process has been awful. If i could move out, I would. It's funny cause they want long term tenancies yet treat tenants horribly. Who would wanna deal with this for three years? Tuh! To sum up, I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS!

My case was a difficult and drawn out one but Kieran did all he could to keep me updated and informed Re.every step. He went over and beyond to help push this over the line and I can't thank him enough. My case (due to it being a difficult one) was then passed over to Ramsay who in turn did his upmost to make sure he kept on top of it for me. Would highly recommend this team of agents.
