GoogleTerrible experience dealing with one of the sales agents at this location. Did not treat us well from the beginning of the process, lied to us on a couple of occasions and was pressuring us and was not at all understanding. We ended up not going for that property in the end as we could not trust the agent and agency at all.

GoogleIf you are looking for a London rental you have to know Karim Pasha at KFH! We came to London looking for a two bedroom flat and Karim could not have been more helpful, astute, polite, on the ball - in a very difficult market. He deserves bonus or promotion, KFH lucky to have him as well as the clients dealing with him!

GoogleThanks to KFH for letting our flat again. Particular thanks to Tom for explanation of the pricing environment and Amera for sorting the details.

GoogleAfter trying an online agent we switched to KFH. Paul and the team were fantastic. The adage of ‘you get what you pay for’ couldn’t be more true!

GoogleI went to KFH after being with another prominent, national agent for 8 weeks. The other agent had managed about three viewings, no offer and provided zero feedback until chased. How refreshing to have moved to KFH - within a week they had managed 5 viewings and got me a great offer from a professional couple on a two year lease. I cannot recommend them enough - they are professional, responsive, pro-active but without being pushy.

GooglePiers at KHF Bayswater delivered exceptional service with my search, above and beyond any other agent I dealt with. He took the time at the outset to understand my needs and so didn’t waste my time showing me properties that don’t match my criteria. He was honest, had good knowledge of the market and introduced me to new areas that I wouldn’t have considered but am now about to live in. Very happy with the service.

GoogleRajan from the sales team at KFH Bayswater proved to be a great help in the process of purchasing a flat in the area! He was very well organised, always keen to help out and very easy to work with. The remainder of the sales team was also very friendly and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for flats in the Bayswater/Paddington area!
