GoogleI would highly recommend KFH Bayswater branch especially after the arrival of their new lettings manager Tom Foreman. He helped in restoring my faith back in the profession by showing empathy and professionalism which is very rare to find these days. As a landlord, I find it reassuring that he takes time out to listen to your concerns and finds an amicable solution. It is a pleasure to work with him.

GoogleThe worst experience ever! Be prepared to involve your lawyers before signing anything with them. They are the worst authorized delinquents! Incompetents and thieves! They only do their interests! I strongly discourage everyone to cross their door.

Hi Marta, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed by your experience with KFH. Unfortunately, as our Bayswater branch have highlighted to you previously, the final decision to withhold money from a deposit is a decision made by a landlord. We understand this can be frustrating but unfortunately we are unable to influence this decision. If you wish to discuss this in further detail, please get in touch with our Bayswater branch directly. Kind Regards, KFH
