Additionally, Emanuele also helped with nitty contract details and her professionalism was spectacular. GoogleThe process of finding a new place was very stressful during covid 19... until I teamed up with Meaghan and Amera from KFH!! Can't thank these ladies enough for being so diligent and efficient with helping me find my new place and getting everything in place once I found my new home! GoogleWe moved to London from the US and found then entire process to be very overwhelming, until we found Reiko and Gemma! Our experience with them has been so smooth. They are communicative, kind, patient (especially with my millions of questions) and made us feel so welcome. It has been an experience to uproot our lives and move to another country and these two individuals made the process of finding and securing a home a pleasant experience. GoogleThey don’t do any checks on the landlord and they rented me a flat with bare concrete. Asked for help and they told me to talk to the landlord. They did nth except taking the money. Go somewhere else if you are looking for a place.

GoogleWe have been looking for a flat for quite a long time, until we have reached KFH Bayswater. While working with KFH we have been in touch with three lovely agents: Megan, Sam and Melodie: Megan helped us with the search, and the initial negotiation with the landlady. She was approachable and attentive to our needs. She showed us about 7 flats on 2 different occasions, all of them were relevant to our search and in good condition. When our offer was accepted (with minor changes) we wanted to view the flat one more time before committing to our new home. It was late afternoon on a Saturday, right before the office closes. Even so, Sam has agreed to show us the property on very short notice. She helped us secure the property and start the initial paperwork. Melodie helped us seal the deal and move into our new house. We were highly impressed by her professionalism: responsive promptly to any query or request we had, assisting us in our unique situation and ensuring our move to our new home is as smooth as it could possibly be. We highly recommend working with KFH

GoogleAfter doing some research - including reading these reviews - I selected and appointed KFH as sole agents to find tenants for my property. The initial rental price suggested to me was probably a bit ambitious and the market being quite competitive, I received no offers initially and fewer viewings than I would have hoped. In time, we adjusted the asking price and after 3 weeks I received a good offer I was happy to accept. To date, I have found the staff I have dealt with at KFH - Nishaad, Tom, and Melodie - to be professional, approachable and friendly. And the process, stress-free. I look forward to continuing a good working relationship with KFH.

GoogleIt was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Tom (Lettings Manager) regarding the letting of our flat in Notting Hill. Tom paid particular attention to our requirements and we were amazed when he produced a tenant who fitted the bill exactly in a matter of a few days. The contracts etc. were most efficiently by Melodie. I would say to any Landlord or prospective Landlord in the Notting Hill, Bayswater area...you will not find a more pleasant and efficient team than Tom, Melodie and Megan.

GoogleAmazing team, really professional, always ready to answer questions and trying to solve any issue that might arise while letting a house. Fore instance because of a mistake of our previous landlord we were having a bad reference, being at risk of loosing the new apartment, but our agent James promptly saved the situation communicating with our landlord (which at that time was also overseas) and the referencing agency, solving the problem. As a tenant I would highly recommend this agency, our experience with them was excellent.

GoogleTom Foreman-Browne, the lettings manager of KFH Bayswater branch was very helpful and efficient throughout the process. The property was in Paddington and I had instructed also other companies and despite the others being located closer to the property, Tom beat them all, in securing 2 asking price offers in no time. He and his team, such as the lettings negotiator Piers, were very professional and respectful towards us as clients and I look forward to working with them again.
