GoogleVery happy with Elena Voytenko at KFH. Great communication, enthusiasm, and support during a very stressful situation (moving to London for the first time). Highly recommended!

GoogleMimi at KFH showed incredible initiative in our time working together, she found my dream house for me and was incredibly present and enthusiastic through the entire process and even after the purchase - helping with all the details. I couldn’t be happier with the way everything was handled, and even popped a bottle of bubbly from KFH on the first night 🍾

GoogleOlly and Luke were really great throughout my recent lengthy sale, very professional and worked really hard to get viewings and sensible offers. Was delighted they got the commission, reflecting all their hard work. Not an easy time to be selling/buying, but they were stars. Can't recommend enough.

GoogleI would like to recommend and say thanks to Rekio. We spent 4 days of viewings rather than weeks because of his highly responsive and friendly communication. The quality from KFH's properties at W2 was over the bar.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe review comments below the '===' line were left 3 years ago; after great experience with KFH. I've just re-let the same property 3 years later and had a similarly easy and effective process. The property was let with only a few days void - and importantly for me the Lettings team were responsive and on-it. The lettings manager Ricco Leslie I found particularly great to work with. Whatever the recruitment / development process is with KFH they're doing an excellent job - the Lettings Management guys are straightforward and authentic - easy to deal with; with no flannel or BS! =========================================================== I'm a landlord & have been using letting agencies for the last 15 plus years. I had a recent very positive experience with the Bayswater branch of KFH; they let my property within 1 day of it being on the market & it had scaffolding outside so was not an easy let. But - more importantly throughout the whole process - there were delays dues to repairs ongoing in the property - the Manager (Tom Foreman Browne) & his team were just great - easy going & relaxed; sound un-pushy advice & efficient - easiest experience I've had to date.

GooglePaul and the team, they sold our recent development (Bayswater, W2) in a very difficult marketplace quickly and most importantly, around our asking price! Brilliant effort guys and look forward to working with yourselves on the next one. Simon Baker Managing Director Dominic Payte.

GoogleMe and my partner tried to look for an apartment to move into after our first year at university. It took us weeks until we found a few listings on KFH. Our estate agent from KFH was Kostantina, and upon the first meeting, I instantly felt how helpful and efficient she was. We decided to offer our favourite apartment and when that did not go through, Kostantina suggested us to go for our second favourite one. With her and her team pushing the offer forward, we were finally able to get a mutual agreement. Kostantina has always been active online, trying to help us as much as she can which we appreciate so much. We cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she has put into this deal.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
