GoogleRubbish service. Delivered me a filthy flat yet rude and arguing over it and call a tenant a liar. Take weeks to respond to anything whatsoever. Frankly avoid at all cost

GoogleIn our recent move, my partner and I wanted to move to a larger apartment but stay in the same area. We did the trawling through rental apps first to limited success. However, when we contacted Keith at KFH Southfields directly he was able to show us a number of high quality lettings which fit our criteria. Keith worked hard to understand what we wanted and really went above and beyond to deliver. We were kept informed of our offer progress by Keith and his colleague Jay. Together they made sure that my partner and I were always in the loop and understood exactly where we were in the process. I highly recommend these guys, they literally good not have done a better job.

GoogleLaura Thompson from KFH Southfields has just helped me complete on my flat. She's shown me how instrumental your estate agent can be in making everything go smoothly. Laura advised me how to make the most out of my sale and secured the best price for my flat. Laura also kept all solicitors in the chain (even out of her own remit) in line - which was instrumental to preventing delays. Everyone knows selling your home is stressful, but it was great to have Laura in my corner, it made it that bit easier! Thank you

GoogleSadly a dissapointing experience with KFH. The team did not manage to sell our property after having only a handful of viewings during a 3 month period. Within a few weeks of being on the market with KFH they suggested we drop our price significantly. They were incredibly compelling in their pitch to work with us but sadly the team did not deliver. Another estate agent managed to sell our property in 3 weeks and got 2x more viewings in those fews weeks than KFH did in the 3 months we were on the market.
