GoogleFor over a decade now there’s been talk of how estate agency may be a thing of the past, how online platforms are going to replace intermediaries, how vendors are perfectly capable of dealing with buyers directly - I can safely say following my dealings with Laura and Connor that traditional agency is here to stay, for a long, long time. Aside from the fact that they’re incredibly user-friendly and so very easy to get on and build a rapport with, they are also exceptionally and ferociously bright, sharp, commercial, pragmatic and above all know the surrounding SW19 and SW18 vicinities inside out. We saw a variety of properties with them as buyers, and in each area they were able to quote prior experience, pros/cons, and share things which made each property feel so unique. No two properties are the same, and a viewing with them really brings this out. If you’re a seller, you want Laura and Connor on the case. Buyers love them and they exude confidence and goodwill. If you’re a buyer, even if you feel you may know the area really well - well, you don’t. Laura and Connor are exceptionally talented realtors and even though they’re acting for sellers, they’re no-nonsense and will let you make your own informed decision. They are honest and practical and offer support along the way in making a decision. You best make the decision quick, as they’re so widely sought after there’s no shortage of buyers that appoint them exclusively for their search. All the best.

GoogleI have to point out that I have been an estate agent for 21 years and a Sales & Lettings Branch Manager for 9 of those years and Keith Choruna provided the best service I have recieved by far since arriving here. He is a star agent! He even went so far as to meet me at the station as I'm new to area and is just an amazing agent and person. I wouldn't use anyone else in the future and will refer him to anyone I know coming over. He is an absolute asset to any estate agency.

GoogleThis was not a good experience selling my property through them. The estate agent was very clearly only on the side of the buyer and not supportive with any push backs on their demands. If we weren't under pressure to sell due to the stamp duty holiday we would have walked away due to the issues. Things like agreeing to giving money off but with conditions we required would then end up with the estate agent saying it was agreed but later finding out the buyer didn't know anything about it. Clearly he was only interested in getting the sale over the line and not actually being supportive during a very stressful sale process.

GoogleRecenlty rented a propery through with Keith in the letting department in Southfields, absolutley brillaint service and went over and above the status quo to help. It has been a breeze and very low stress, (for what should be a stressful time) I would highly recomend letting through KFH, and would use in the future for all letting or likley sales. Make sure to chat with Keith for any viewings as he will look after you, but he doesn't like cats! 🙀

GoogleFrom the point of registering details when the search started, through to post-moving into the new property, the level of service was exceptional - consistently. Specifically, Dorota, Jay and Keith, helped to ensure things went smoothly and responded back to queries with solutions promptly. Overall, very pleased to know that there is a KFH team here that want to make sure things go well, especially after the move (other property companies just stop when the contract is signed). Thank you.

GoogleI do not often leave reviews - however the exceptional Service from Jay and Keith in this Southfields KFH office has been exceptional. Easy, professional and helpful. They have gone beyond the necessary to help with finding tenants for our property, also helping with connections for carpets, certification and have only provided 6 star service. Not in the least pushy. Thank you - we have rented out a few properties over the years and we keep coming back to this KFH branch!

GoogleWe have recently completed the sale and purchase of our old and new house with Lloyd, Laura and Connor. It’s fair to say these are not the easiest times to be buying a house but the team at KFH have managed the whole process with a calm professionalism which has avoided any hiccups and resulted in successful completions. We are delighted with their service, very happy in our new home and would certainly recommend them to our friends.
