Led by Conor & Grant, but with huge help from Fran, Lloyd & Laura, the team helped sell my property in very quick time in August, before helping manage the expectations of the buyers as I had issues with my onward chain. They were very patient, empathetic, supportive and guiding during the process, understanding my concerns and helping alleviate them where they could. A very personable team, they relate to their client and help communicate with them in the best way possible, and are flexible in their approach. I was hugely impressed but also incredibly grateful for their help. Thanks very much KFH Southfields!

GoogleEDIT - Had thought I was happy with KFH Southfields and had given them 5 stars in respect of our house purchase. However, have recently been given a copy of an insulting and inaccurate email sent my their sales manager, Lloyd, about my husband and I. Could no longer recommend sadly. Will not use when we come to sell and will try to avoid using them when we buy next. Called into the office discuss in person but couldn't get hold of him unfortunately. It is a shame as had found Laura nice to deal with during the process.
