GoogleI cannot properly describe how well KFH Southfields dealt with my stormy, unpredictable, and difficult house sale and concurrent purchase. It was invaluable that they were involved with both the sale and purchase and they earned every penny of their fees. From first valuation which was realistic, to their advice about re-marketing when necessary, to conclusion approximately seven months later, all the staff were easy to contact, friendly and communicative and, above all, liaised efficiently between all parties and, at times, exerted pressure when pressure was due. I had an excellent solicitor but my buyers certainly did not, and that caused untold difficulty. A lesson to me, and I hope others, is always to have a good solicitor and, if possible, check out the other side’s solicitor at the outset. I commend KFH most highly for their professional and persistent handling of my case and, because of the risk I ran in losing my purchase due to delays with my sale, their effective communication with my own vendor. I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them to others.

We had a very short time span from putting our offer in and out move in date and Dorota and the KFH team was really supportive. Great Team at the Southfield office and would recommend :-)
