GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Christopher Hulme MARLA from KFH. Aside from being extremely organized, he gets right to the point, explains all the crucial points in a clear and concise manner, and follows up whenever necessary. Chris, thank you so much for all your patience, support, and help! :)

GoogleI bought a property in sep ‘23 as a first time buyer and unfamiliar with UK property sale proceedings. The seller was extremely difficult. PAUL MICHAEL was BRILLIANT - super helpful, available and flexible. I couldn’t have done it without him.

GoogleWorst estate agent ever. Really poor customer service especially Ugo Umekwe, never responds and if he does its after 3 days.

GoogleI have just checked out from a flat rented through KFH. They managed to find a new tenant immediately and aligned my moving out and his moving in very efficiently, which saved me a three week rent. Rachel communicated very well with the landlord around the check out arrangements and I have received my full deposit in my bank account two working days after the check out. Very impressed :-)

GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with KFH finding our rental in St John's Wood, particularly through the help of our agent Chris Hulme. Chris understood exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect property. He was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend him for any future searches!

GoogleJoshua from KFH was incredibly nice, listening and helpful. He was in touch with me throughout the whole process and even introduced me to new areas which I had not taken into account before, eventually leading me to make a strong and calculated decision. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe recently bought a flat at St. Edmund's terrace with KFH. our experience was particularly great due to the efforts, coordination and managing of all odd ends by our agent Harry Marks. He managed not only the coordination within KFH, but also with solicitors and mortgage agents. He was always available to discuss even the smallest of issues and give useful advise. Made the move very smooth!!

GoogleWe contacted KFH to help us find an apartment in London, relocating from the US. Amanda and the KFH team were incredibly friendly and helpful, and wound up going beyond what was already listed and finding a perfect apartment that wasn't on the market yet. The entire experience was really great.
