GoogleWe recently moved to London and leased a flat that KF&H was acting as the Agent for the Landlord. Bianca at KF&H was our primary contact. She was very nice and helpful to us as we had many questions and requests. She was always very patient and accommodating. After agreeing to terms of the lease, KF&H was efficient in preparing, editing and distributing the necessary paperwork needed for closing. We would be happy to work with Bianca and KF&H in the future.

GoogleI had the pleasure to work with Amanda Larsson from KFH and she is probably the most professional real estate agent I met in London. Extremely well organized, getting to the point, explaining all the crucial points very well, following up when needed etc. So really supportive and I always felt in very good hands

GoogleMy experience of renting a flat through KFH has been very good. The properties were shown to me by Ali Karim who understood what I was looking for in a rental accommodation and worked accordingly. He has also been very helpful and prompt during the process of making an offer and then processing my paperwork. As I was renting independently for the first time, I had a lot of queries which were answered very patiently.

GoogleI have booked a viewing with Sam Ghadakchi and he was very polite and very prepared. He had written down the extra information such as service charge on each property leaflet before hand them over to me. Throughout the viewing he was very helpful, provided me with all the information I have asked. Overall, I think he has delivered a great service, well done.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleKFH did an excellent job in marketing and selling our flat. We switched brokers to them because they were sure they'd find a buyer in a tough real estate climate. We went from a trickle of viewings to a flood. And they did it all with an invaluable attention to us as clients. Both Harry Marks and Daniel Leigh get top marks for keeping us informed and happy through the entire process.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
