GoogleThe administrator Abida, was very efficient with the paper work, everything was sent out on time. The team where very proactive, communication between phone and email was very fast, with no delayed responses or long waiting times. Overall, the whole team were great and I was really happy with the service that I received. I would go to them again 100%. Thank you team.

GoogleWe just finished to rent our new home and we were helped in the process by Oceane, from KFH. Our experience was really good. Oceane always made herself available, promptly responded to emails/calls and mediated well between us and the landlord. We’ll certainly reach out to KFH next time.

GoogleKFH canceled my flat viewing just 10 minutes before the scheduled time, wasting my entire Saturday. This last-minute cancellation was highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

GoogleVery good experience with KFH, in particular would like to mention our estate agent Alex. He was honest, reliable and showed my partner and I a variety of suitable properties. He did not pressure us into making a decision and acted more than appropriately when we decided not to buy. Overall excellent experience with KFH West Hampstead, strongly recommend. :-)

GoogleI'm a landlord and I've had great service from the entire team from the beginning to the very end of the process of letting out my flat. They found a tenant quickly and their administrator, Rebecca, was quick to respond and very efficient when dealing with all the mundane matters of ASTs, check-out, check-in etc. Will definitely use them again.

GoogleReece Wallace of KFH was extremely helpful in finding me a flat to rent. I had some unusual requests due to a shipping container of furniture arriving several months after my moving in. He was fantastic at negotiating with the landlord on my behalf (and ensured that both tenant and landlord were satisfied). He's a good listener and problem solver!

GoogleAgreed to pay the standard fee for help in letting a flat. Was then shocked to be billed extra for services. They never asked me if I wanted those extra services. Had to go through multiple processes of their complaints process to address. A very unpleasant experience. I regret choosing KFH.

He really listened to our requirements when looking for a property. He was very proactive with calls, emails and setting up viewings. Would be very happy to work with him again in the future.
