GoogleGreat service from Joe Newson. Pleasure to deal with from start to finish when purchasing a property. Helped us navigate some tricky situations. Responded to everything in a timely fashion. Arranged access to the property that we were buying with no fuss - even in a tricky corona environment. Thanks vm!

GoogleAgreed to pay the standard fee for help in letting a flat. Was then shocked to be billed extra for services. They never asked me if I wanted those extra services. Had to go through multiple processes of their complaints process to address. A very unpleasant experience. I regret choosing KFH.

Googlebeen renting flats for years and dealing with KFH has by far been the worst. they obviously do not care about tenants as long as they get paid. they have been rude and witheld information from us

GoogleI was very satisfied with the service I received from Stephanie and her lettings team . The were efficient and professional at all times and found me some excellent tenants on a long term contract . They also went the extra mile on a number of occasions to assist both me and the tenants .

GoogleAs a first time buyer in the London market, Zoe Browne from KFH showed me many properties in the West Hampstead and Queen's Park area and was by far the most helpful and professional agent that I worked with throughout my search.

GoogleWe were very impressed with Rebecca Zacharia. She was very professional and respectful of our time. She replied to all of our inquiries promptly and worked hard to accommodate our schedules when arranging viewings. It was clear from the beginning that she was highly competent and well organized. We really appreciated her friendliness too.

GoogleDavid, Alex and the rest of the staff did a great job handling the sale of our flat. In a slow market they guided a difficult sale through to completion and kept everyone - ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors - happy and moving forward. A real pleasure to have dealt with them.
