One of the worst estate agents ever I have dealt with, Asked for hundred documents and proof of savings which equal four times the amount of the annual rent amount and asking for guarantor who should be a home owner or have a British passport and all payslips then after pushing them they just followed the usual rules Besides after all of that, they gave me a room which I did not choose or opt for for a bloody expensive rent and while having Wi-Fi in the house they denied having it and I found out when checked online to purchase a one that the house already have a one

GoogleNick is excellent at what he does and you can tell he has a lot of experience. He was very helpful with every aspect of selling our house. Nick is very attentive and easy to contact and even had input and advice on properties we were viewing for ourselves.
