From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, responsive and committed to making the whole first-time buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. A special thank you to Adriel (Senior Sales Negotiator) for arranging a viewing that ultimately led me to find my dream home! From that point onwards, he was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, always approachable and willing to help. He really made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. I’d also like to give a huge thank you to Amit Sirohi (Broker & Mortgage Adviser), for all his hard work and support throughout the mortgage process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand my options, and went above and beyond to find a suitable mortgage, which wasn’t an easy task! From the very first meeting with Marshall, I have found the team at Kings very professional and friendly. Joe visited us and as we wanted a quick sell to enable us to buy a new build in Devon, Joe offered a few different approaches to selling our house. They had appointments booked for 1 day rather than having visits all through the week. The house went on the market on a Tuesday, with viewings on the next Saturday. From this, we got a few offers and accepted one a few days later, so from going on the market, we accepted within 2 weeks. Adriel kept us fully updated through the process, even printing up our contracts for us. On exchange day, Adriel was very quick to phone us with his congratulations. We are now moving on 29th June, 2 and a half months from going on the market. Me and my husband can't thank the team enough for getting our house sold at a good price so quickly so that we can live out our dream move to Devon.

Excellent service from start to finish. Nick guided us through the sale of my partners bungalow with the ups and downs of selling which included a a buyer pulling out just before exchange to then securing us with another buyer almost immediately, ensuring we secured the purchase of our new home. Charlie is a different type of estate agent

Selling a property is rarely straightforward, and mine took a long time to get across the finish line. But looking back, I have to hold my hands up and give absolute credit where it is due, Charlie Christou is in a league of his own. When you work with an estate agent, you sometimes wonder if they are just there to make their commission. Of course, this is their job, but Charlie earned every single penny of his, and then some. Most agents do the bare minimum and shrug their shoulders when things get complicated. Not Charlie. He went way beyond the call of duty. You wouldn't normally expect an estate agent to coordinate with building regulators, liaise directly with builders, or act as an errand boy to let contractors in and out of a property. Yet, Charlie handled it all without hesitation. He took calls from me well outside of office hours just to clear things up and give me peace of mind. From our very first encounter, he was a man of his word. He delivered on every promise, deeply understood the local market, and knew exactly how to target the right clientele for the area. Because of his hard work, the volume of viewings was incredible, so much so that if the property hadn't been vacant, the day to day turnaround would have been spinning our heads! A huge shoutout to the rest of the Kings crew, too, who were absolute stars throughout. Having used a few different agents in the local area previously, the difference in professionalism, patience, and work ethic with Kings Group is night and day. Yes, their fees might be slightly higher than some others out there, but once you experience the level of service Charlie and the team provide, you completely understand why: you get what you pay for, and they deliver excellence. I have zero complaints, only massive gratitude. Charlie, thank you for your relentless graft, your integrity, and for getting the job done.

I'd seen Nick's social media presence before I decided to sell my property, so when the time came I knew who would be up to the job . I was selling an older, quirkier property and felt that it needed a particular kind of marketing..and along came Nick and EWE move 🐑 Nick was happy to talk at length about marketing strategy and a lot happened before the property went to market...you never get a second chance to make a first impression, so it's said. Nick's photography was professional and effective; we waited for decent weather and at no time did I feel under pressure to rush things. The result was amazing and I was so happy with the way my property was advertised. Anyway, I had an acceptable offer in 15 days which was more than I could have hoped for. It's pretty stressful having your house on the market and this part of the process was over and done with very quickly for me. I also made my onward purchase with Nick and was fortunate to be able to have first viewing on the property I subsequently moved in to. I would certainly recommend Nick and his engaged, novel and invested manner of selling your property for you 🐑👌🏻🐑

This was a sale as a result of a bereavement. I thought that the service provided was absolutely first class. The manager could not do too much to help throughout the sale process. He managed the viewings, arranged for access to he property when needed and checked on the property throughout the pre sales.
