GoogleVery friendly and helpful staff. We were kept informed throughout the process. They worked hard to find buyers and we had a number of offers. We were very pleased that the time to exchange was much quicker and easier than we expected. We'd definitely recommend Kings Edmonton if your looking to sell a property

I was way for a couple of months .my partner did the viewings.he was told to wait downstairs as is custom..we had about 5 viewings. When I came back I realised my jewellery box was gone a cartier pen and boxes of perfumes. All together about 12 k.worth. the jewellery was in my wardrobe. When my partner went up the doors were still open. I know that sometimes viewers open cupboards and wardrobes. A family of about six came around looking at everything. I can't say it was them of course .I went to kings in the high street and told someone there. I never even received a call back. Has anybody else had a similar experience?I'm not saying it was a staff member or anything BTW. But how easy is it for strangers to look around your personal space and have a perfect opportunity to take whatever they see.

GoogleThey say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, whilst that can be true in general, Adriel at Kings Group has made it a million times better. He has brought not only an undeniable knowledge of the process, but the patience to guide you every step of the way. Honestly having someone as communicative as Adriel has made the outside challenges of the process a lot smoother. He has brought a positive spirit and professionalism to our purchase, whilst being attentive and consistent. Can’t recommend having Adriel in your corner enough. Someone give this man a raise!

GoogleIn all my dealings with estate agents over the years i have to be honest i had developed a rather jaded attitude as a result of how much money the client pays and how they are dealt with by their estate agent. Nick Badger is not only a credit to his company but a credit to the Estate Agent industry. His approach is professional yet truly personal at the same time, something he managed to maintain throughout the sale of my property. From start to finish the service we received was exemplary. Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with them as I was misleaded by their testimonials. They're just opportunistic to buy houses in very small prices when people are in difficult situations. They manipulate people's helpless situations. I would never take any services from them in future.

GoogleOur house sold really quickly thanks to Kings’ valuation and marketing efforts. It ended up being a tricky chain but I’d really recommend them as they really helped all the way and kept us full in the loop
