FacebookJust started renting a flat with Keatons in bow and the place was filthy when moved in and had to clean it myself with my 1 year old crawling around me, even vomit around the underside of toilet bowl and millimetres of filth under the toilet. No working fire alarm which is illegal, no meter readings done on check in and then no access given to meters for 2 weeks at which point the electricity bill is extortionate because I can't prove we haven't used the electricity they say we have which is £112 in 2 weeks apparently! Utterly appalled at their abissimal and incompetent treatment of us as tenants. They couldn't have done less and made it worse for us if they'd tried. We pay £1600 in rent a month and had to actually pay Keatons to treat us this way which is infuriating

GoogleJust sitting in my new living looking at my welcome mugs and generally feeling smug in my new home. Keatons aren't like the stereotypical estate agents, they're efficient, responsive and overall really honest. Every question was answered quickly and I was constantly in the loop and whats more they are all still going above and beyond to help us out now we're in! These guys really do a good job of negotiating between vendor/landlord and tennant and we got a great deal. I hope I never have to move again but if I did I'd definitely be looking on the Keatons website first. Cheers all!

GoogleI would like to say what a pleasure it has always been dealing with Keatons. I have bought had a great experience with sales and also letting and rented out my houses with great results. The team is very professional and efficient. I particularly trust their judgment and honesty about prices - unlike some agents who promise the earth to get your business and then can't follow through. Also as an HR Director I quite often have people looking to move and have always said just call Keatons as they know the area so well and will definitely give you a stress free service (as far as that is possible with moving!).

FacebookPictures on website dishonestly depicted property from when it was done up (years ago). Apparently it is unreasonable or in their words "unrealistic" to even request a carpet change (carpet is worn to the floor in some places) or to repaint the walls, or at least the ones that have been defaced by the current tenant. Bad attitude all in all and unwilling to go any length on the grounds that someone else will be "happy" to take the apt at it's current state. I would rather use "desperate". Thanks Keatons for promoting a fair state of living in our city - and so openly so. Best of luck - I will never consider searching a property with you nor will I recommend anyone else should.
