Billy Haspineall made our Keatons experience one of the best

Billy Haspineall from Keatons provided us with incredibly efficient, patient and kind help throughout the entire process of viewing our prospective house, arranging the lease and sorting out our referencing. He went out of his way to support us through some of our referencing challenges, explained the full process in clear detail and responded quickly to all of our emails. As a result, our experience with Keatons was by far the most pleasant experience we've had with an agency during our house searching.

The team at Keatons Kentish Town are just great. I’ve been working with the rentals team for many years now. Mark Peavot and Michael Logan are both extremely professional, and work their socks off to find the best tenants and handle any difficulties. Natalie Cradock who handles much of the admin is also really helpful and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any landlord who needs help with their rentals.

Justine who turns pictures into reality for you

Justine Reynolds from Keatons is an exceptional letting consultant. I still remember her taking my request in the morning when I was running in the park, came up with viewing choices at the lunch time and then making it possibile to view in the 2pm by shifting schedules around in a super efficient manner. I never met an agent who is working so fast to make things happen for you. Most of them were just talking on the phone, but Justine from Keatons were able to turn pictures into reality in front of you to view and to decide. Highly recommend her.

These are by far the worst agents we…

These are by far the worst agents we have used for letting. We have rented numerous properties over the years so feel we have a general understanding of what is to be expected. We rented a property in Epping. From the date we moved in we had a catalogue of problems. They tried to argue with us the keys were ok even though only one set worked, as if we would actually make this up. Then we had electric problems, the cooker that was promised would be fixed when we took the property was never fixed even after 15 months. When we would email it would just be ignored. when we left, it took themOver 2 months to send a check out report with us chasing it constantly and no reply forthcoming. We had to log a compliant with the tenancy deposit company as we wasn’t getting anywhere. Eventually got the checkout report and had to wait another month before they told us what deductions are being held. Poor show from landlord and agents. Can’t rate the service from keatons at all.
