Keatons have managed my flat in London…

Keatons have managed my flat in London for the past thirteen years. Other than a short time during the pandemic, it has always been rented out at a good rate in line with the market. In particular, Oscar Pace, Elza Kapitanska, Jay Smith and Natalie Craddock have all been fantastic to work with recently. They are responsive and proactive in dealing with any issues, sourcing new tenants, sorting out the administrative side etc. Thank you to the team, really appreciate your hard work!

Dedicated professional to help with your real estate needs

I had a fantastic experience working with Justine Reynolds and Elza Kapitanska. From the moment we started searching for a suitable home, both were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They understood our needs and preferences, and they worked tirelessly to find us the perfect property. Throughout the entire process, they provided valuable guidance and expert advice, making the journey smooth and stress-free. We are extremely grateful for their dedication and expertise. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. If you're looking for a trustworthy and dedicated professional to help you with your real estate needs, I highly recommend Keatons. Thank you

Justine took care of us

It’s a very overwhelming task to be a new international arrivals to London looking for a first time flat. Justine took great care of us and was able to match us with a flat that was well suited to our situation. And she helped us through the whole process to make the timing work out perfectly. Can’t thank her enough!

Keatons rental team

I've been dealing with Keatons a long time with my managed property and they do a great job. Most recently with Natalie Craddock who has managed the renewal of the contract with my tenants - she has advised me very well on the current state of the market and negotiated a good deal for both sides.
