GoogleI wanted to share this with you as I believe too many people are too quick to have a negative view on estate agents. It's easy to see why after some of the people I have dealt with from other agencies during my relatively short property search. I first made contact with Pablo a couple of weeks ago regarding renting a property in Royal Wharf, he explained the situation with the properties available, and kept me upto date with possible viewing dates. He didn't pester me, just a couple of phone calls or e-mails to set up a viewing. I was unable to make the viewings on Saturday, and when Pablo e-mailed me on Monday 6th March to see if I was still interested, I promptly got in touch to explain my situation, and that I needed something ASAP, and told him my budget and requirements. He worked extremely fast, and by 3pm today, 24 hours later, I have a flat sealed, ready to move into on Saturday 11th. He, and Daisy, have both answered e-mails and phone calls promptly, and answered any questions I have had. Daisy had all the documents prepared straight away, ready for me to sign. They are both an asset to your team, and it has been a pleasure to deal with them both.

dodgy estate agent, very unprofessional they asked me to come to property viewing even the flat is not available to view they asked me to pay 2000 GBP as a reservation fee when I want to make an offer.

I have moved out of the flat 3 months ago and still haven’t received my deposit back. I have been constantly chasing the management with no success who tried to convince me not to use TDS resolution service but at the same time not giving my deposit back! Be aware if you want your money back

GoogleI dealt with a number of agents from the agency to find my next home. However, it wasn't until josh took over the charge that I got a house within a very space of time. He is diligent, smart, and very quick with delivery. For him, even 10 stars is not enough.
