FacebookAbsolutely awful estate agent to deal with. They kept us waiting up to 4 months for a repair, no empathy whatsoever when there were any issues and kept information hidden from the landlord. Little or no action when requested to investigate some issues. We left before the end of our tenancy due to the lack of care by John's and Co. Good try to STEAL our deposit, unfortunately for you, we won the dispute in full. Try investing in improving your customer service instead. I will certainly never ever rent or buy a property through John's and Co again.

As an agent previously, when I came to the site a year or so ago I was sceptical about the rental market with the number of units available and potential competition. I also thought I might be dealing with some young flash, inexperienced brokers that would string me and use every trick in the book. I was wrong on both counts.
You have each in your own part done a sterling job and have been highly professional throughout. From Chole in Singapore to Pablo's first offer the communication has been excellent. The support and help prior to completion and the speed of offers within days of completion and subsequent offers and their details have been first rate. The photos taken, website and contract/ reference systems are simple and easy to use and particularly useful as an overseas Landlord and ensure a fast turnaround.
