I had a recent issue with my lock hence I contacted Lara Robson who responded promptly and arranged for the lock to be sorted within few hours the same. Lara has great customer service, very polite and responds swiftly to every concern have raised with her. She is great!

Very hit and miss service as landlords.Today excellent, 5-star experience with Adete Gomes for a water leak, fixed in less than 2 hrs. A few months ago took unreasonably long to fix lack of hot water.

FacebookWe spent 8 months without heat but they didn't care and didn't give us any form of compensation, they accused us of many things like smoking weed, having pets illegaly and told us they even filmed us but don't want to show us the videos! We arrived in a dirty place that we spent a week to clean but they didn't care at all. They treated us so badly, I wouldn't recommend this agency at all! Now, it's been more than a month we left the apartment and they still don't want to refund us for the pro-rata rent and the deposit! We only got problems with them, STAY AWAY !
