A big thumbs up for this company .I rented a property just over 18 mths ago and the team esp Param Virdee the property manager couldn't have been more efficient or helpful .When the underfloor heating went awry ,param not only chased the contractors regularly but also proactively sourced a radiator and had it delivered so the flat wasn't freezing ! Very much appreciated .He is also responsive to requests for any help that is needed and is honest about how long it will take .thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with JohnsCo for my property rental.The letting administrator Candice Chan assigned to my case has been exceptional. She consistently replied to my emails promptly and was helpful throughout the process. Her efficiency and responsiveness made the initial stages of renting my property smooth and hassle-free. While the property manager handled administrative tasks efficiently, the communication with the property managers could be more streamlined. There were instances where communication delays occurred, making it slightly challenging to relay important information between me and my tenant.
