Their response was incredibly quick, with the nearest available time scheduled right away. This was such a relief, especially as the weather is getting colder. I’m deeply grateful to Bryony and the engineer for their prompt action, as well as their warm and friendly service. GoogleI’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time.
What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance.
If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.
