Like all things in life, the experience you have is dependent on the people you encounter as part of it.Initially there were issues because the first person we had as a contact was preparing for her next post, but everyone else has been super helpful and ready to resolve issues.Where possible get familiar with their app. it does work and it is the best way to communicate with the team.
