Our property manager, Lauren, was kind and openly communicated with us. During our tenancy and checkout, Lauren informed us of what needed to be done and what was required from us. Our checkout was close to the holiday period, but Lauren still ensured that we adhered to what was expected from us. This ensure a smooth handing over, and Lauren, again was exceptional in explaining details until the very end.

Responsive agents and staff. Very helpful and open to customer requirements. Martina was very co-operative and helpful in getting the tenancy terms and agreements cleared at both ends. Candice was quick and responsive for all documentation and formalities. Overall a pleasant experience.
