Best agent I’ve dealt with since I moved to UK. Most agents don’t care about your wellbeing when you’re moving out but I was handheld through the process. Michel Vasquez returned all my emails and calls in minutes and I was always their top priority.

I’ve had my eye on my dream flat for years. Back in 2020, Nicholas Randall gave me a tour of one of the newest and chicest developments in East London, but due to the pandemic, my and my partner’s plans to move fell through. Fast forward two years, and my family is finally settled into our dream flat, with the help of none other than Nicholas. We even landed in a home better suited for us than the original one we had viewed, and decided to seal the deal with a two-year lease! My partner, our little pup and I are so happy and we couldn’t have done it without Nicholas. Not only is he knowledgeable and reliable, but he’s a really down-to-earth amiable guy. Wish every realtor was like him!

The response to queries or issues faced as a tenant is often attended to and resolved swiftly. Recently had a washing machine breakdown in the flat, and Michelle Vasquez who is my property manager was swift in arranging for contractors to diagnose and ultimately fix the issue.
