They are so incompetent. Sending reference emails to the wrong addresses. Including the wrong tenants on agreements. We had to follow for different procedures for four different tenants to get references because they just couldn't figure it out. They even put the wrong tenants on our rental agreements after being asked TWICE to remove them. Embarrassingly poor service.

GoogleI whole heartedly recommend the service that I have received from JWWood. Professional from start to finish. The team were proactive throughout and kept me updated at every milestone. I have not needed to 'chase' anything - they did it all promptly and without asking. Their personal touch and kindness was much appreciated too. Selling a home is stressful and emotional. GoogleOverall I had a good experience with this agency. As I did take legal team from them as well, at least I was never chased on progress which was great as it was stressful enough only for myself 😀 they never bothered me and called to check in. Kept me updated. And I got my house!!!

Knew everything about the property, didn’t hesitate on any questions we had to ask, he was by far the best estate agent we viewed a property with and we viewed alot! Firstly i would like to start with positives, the team in Bexleyheath branch have been nothing but helpful to get me across the line following issues with a specific member of staff. Without the help of the guys at the branch this would never have made it across the line. Then onto the negatives - Joy Davis. The worst customer service I've ever received. So much so that this is the first time I have ever left a review against a company. Rude, incompetent and most of the time incorrect - and that's just when she decides to answer (most of the time will essentially just ignore you). It took 8 weeks to receive a deposit back from a rental property acorn managed, beginning with her sending over an incorrect review of the property, when asked to rectify this she simply told me to sort it with the tenant as she was either too incompetent or lacked any form of work ethic to complete this herself. Eventually she rectified this issue after me explaining to her that it is in fact her job. She then sent me the incorrect amount, upon chasing this with over 15 emails across a month I had no choice but to threaten legal action, which then led to receiving the correct amount of funds. The guys at bexleyheath branch had informed me she had not actually processed the payment at all, which i believe was to just waste my time further as she took a dislike to me pretty early on. So in conclusion - bexleyheath branch - awesome team who will help at any point. Joy Davis - terrible.

GoogleI chose JW wood based on their Google reviews but also after ringing round a few estate agents I was more impressed with them. My property was sold super quick, kept well updated, and then I was recommended to a decent solicitor for the sale. They even went round to check on the property after the tenant had moved out (which I though was above and beyond). Would recommend to anyone.

Hi, Not sure why everybody's complaining about this estate agency. I dealt with Damian (London-Kennington branch) and I have to admit he's been really helpful, he tried to talk with the landlord trying to meet our offer. In the end, he managed to convince him to accept our offer (after refusing it the first time) but unfortunately, it was too late as we already arranged with someone else.No issues in terms of money either, holding deposit been refunded after a couple of days.All positive from us
