TrustpilotExceptional service from Rupert and Ellie
Rupert Simmonds and Ellie Bowers at John D Wood in Notting Hill Gate are both absolutely exceptional agents. My husband and I have, as landlords, had dealings with many agents in London but Rupert and Ellie are head and shoulders above all agents we have interacted with. Their attention to detail, knowledge and amazing and caring customer service is in a class of its own. They are both a massive credit to John D Woods. Malini Kamerkar

TrustpilotDO NOT USE
AGREE completely and would never, ever use again, I only wish I had read reviews before using. Customer Service is non existent and one star is still too many.

TrustpilotAsked you for a good review and their job done
They acted very helpful and responsive at the beginning of your renting to win a good review from you, and after that... they attitude changed
We're sorry to hear your experience did not go as expected. We take our customer service very seriously and would appreciate you contacting us on hq@johndwood.co.uk so that we can investigate further.

TrustpilotTerrible experience, Not professionals!!
Terrible experience. They are unprofessional and unreliable.. Contacted agency and fixed a time view property in Headington, Oxford. I went and waited near the property and no one turned up. After 20-25 mins I called them again and they were saying let is already agreed on that property. They had no courtesy to inform me and the viewing schedule was not even in their dairy!! I would not recommend this agency.

TrustpilotJohn D Wood Richmond Branch Lettings and Property…
John D Wood Lettings and Property Management Richmond Branch, are extremely unprofessional and constantly lying. They fail to manage properties, and never accept any accountability for their constant service failure. Stay away!

GoogleI had a pleasure to use Faron Sutaria service when I was searching to rent my new apartment in London. I was attended by polite and extremely helpful Laura, who have screened their offerings in order to take me to selected places. Given my limited time and extensive travel they were flexible accommodate my time limitations to see these flats. Once I placed an offer Laura and the rest of team took care of all the formalities and a week later I was able to move into my newly rented flat, which was exactly in condition agreed with the Landlord. I would recommend them strongly if you're in need to rent or buy! Good job Earl's Court team!

GoogleGreat team. Everyone in the office is informed, enthusiastic and ready to act. From the beginning, Faron Sutaria worked to meet my needs. They chose to show only the properties that ticked all the boxes. The agent working with me (Laura Price) was energetic throughout, and did not try to force anything on me. The excellent customer service continued even after I signed the tenancy agreement. When I need to find a new place to stay, I'm coming back to Faron Sutaria.

TrustpilotThey will make you chase your own money.
Expect this company to be totally negligent returning your deposit (even if your landlord agreed for this to be released). They will make you chase your own money for weeks after you moved out, an absolute nightmare.
Dear Daniel Ambrus, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied. If you wish to share any further comments about your experience, please do email us on hq@johndwood.co.uk. Kind regards, John D Wood & Co.

GoogleFriendly team, providing excellent service in each step ! I relocated to UK a few months ago, and it was my first time to have a letting in London. Jessica welcomed and guided me through all the processes, supporting me proactively in each step afterward. In just a couple of days before the Easter holiday, she managed to complete the letting process for the flat I liked coordinating everything. I would highly recommend this agency :)

TrustpilotThe worst agent service I have ever…
The worst agent service I have ever seen in my life. We have been dealing with them for more than a year. We wrote a letter to them complaining and nothing was ever done. They delegate their work to everyone, they just pretend they work. Never hire them.

J D Wood did a fantatic job helping us sell our flat in Wimbledon Park. We faced a few hurdles that were unexpected but Chris and Lewis got things on track and got the sale through when we had given up. I would thouroughly reccomend them if you are considering selling a property.

TrustpilotNadia - An Excellent Agent (John D Wood) To Deal With
Nadia, at John D Wood, was an excellent communicator and frank about the flat, the market and clients. She was obviously knowledgeable about the product, prompt in placing the flat in the market and with viewings. I really would like to give Nadia, at John D Wood the opportunity to rent this flat for me when it becomes vacant again - I really valued and will value Nadia's approach.
