Molly and her team at the Parsons Green office were very professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. From advising on the appropriate asking price, arranging multiple viewings and securing couple of offers in the first two days of the property being on the market. They were knowledgeable and assisted in navigating a stressful process, dealing with unexpected matters that came up during the conveyancing, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend the Parsons Green office for selling a property.

GoogleIn a declining market between August and December 2022, the JDW team in Southfields pulled out all the stops. Chris Mizen kept it altogether, and eventually succeeded in recommending a purchaser after two others had made offers and then withdrew. Lewis kept both the buyer and us informed as various difficulties arose, and compromises were made, and Jack interceded where necessary to good effect. We got there, for it was a team effort between JDW and us, the vendors, and we got it over the line. Fantastic job all round!

During the last few years we were assigned a new property manager called Harry Crookenden to service our rental apartment in Southfields and the service since he has taken over has been simply outstanding. He has proved himself to be a professional and capable operator with the clients interests at the forefront of his mind. When you reside overseas, it is important to have a real estate property manager looking after your property who is reliable and trustworthy and Harry is that person.
