Excellent service all round. Went the extra mile to ensure all sorted on day of tenants arrival, helped out with all the issues - even when not their problem. Good communication from everyone as well (they call you back!). Found excellent tenants for us in less than a week. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.

The Team at John D Wood made my life so much easier during the letting of one of our properties and were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process and it really took the pressure off me. I would highly recommend John D Wood to either Landlords or tenants. Nothing was too much trouble.

I cannot recommend this agency enough. They listened to my requirements, showed me several properties until I found the ideal one for me and my family. All the staff were most helpful and patient, and Piers in particular was fantastic. Nothing was too much problem for him.

I found the lettings team at JDW Trinity Road to be very professional. The trio of manager, negotiator and lettings operations coordinator found me good tenants and gave me sound advice throughout the process. I would recommend them and will definitely work with them again.

another letting agent that view tenants as being a lower class in society.

Yet another letting agent that view tenants as being a lower class in society. If you want to be treated with respect and have maintenance issues and contract negotiations handled professionally I would try someone else

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - arrogant, dishonest and just awful estate agents. They give the industry a bad name. I would go out of my way to avoid dealing with them in the future.
