I have a property which is fully managed by JohnDWoods , they couldn't renew my contract due to sick leave of their employee , they cant solve my problem I have to reach to tenant by myself and trying to solve the issues , 20 days pasts the contract end date .

This company make an appearance of disorganization, but could not possible stay in business, if they were, indeed, as disorganized as they appear. Having managed to fend me off for three days whilst I was house-hunting in France; I finally found that the gem of a house I had found - in Perpignan - was taken off the market; in order that it could be purchased by a relative of one of the partners/directors of John D Wood. Worse than inefficient and unprofessional ... very close to fraudulent! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

GoogleI have recently appointed Faron Sutaria to help us finding suitable tenants for our property. The service provided by James and Toby was exceptional. They are by far the best letting agents I have ever worked with. They are incredibly professional in managing the viewings, maintaining regular communication and keeping both my husband and I fully updated. They provided valuable advice, understanding our needs and working towards securing the most suitable tenants. I would certainly work with them again in the future.

GoogleDespite a very difficult market following Brexit, Toby was able to secure high quality tenants for my house in Fulham. Toby was extremely reliable, provided valuable assessment of the situation and constant communication. He went the extra mile to sort everything out making myself and the tenant very happy. The entire leasing process went very smoothly thanks to his great expertise, passion, and communication. I will recommend him and any other agent with Faron Sutaria's Fulham office over any other agency in the area and truly appreciate how everything was handled. Thanks for the great job

GoogleI choose John d wood Fulham to sell my home because of Brooke. She is the most profession estate agent I have ever dealt with as well as being highly personable and professional throughout. Of particular note was her personal attention once the offer had been accepted in chasing the buyers solicitor to ensure the sale was completed in a short timescale, and was incredibly efficient in communicating with all parties. I rented a property which was managed by this company. The agents made promises they did not meet and the management agents are extremely poor. There was a flood and the information provided by the company turned out to be in accurate so they have refused to reimburse me for the hotel and all costs. I have had to instruct my lawyers to start a court process.

GoogleIt is so wonderful to know that even when everything goes wrong and falls apart, there is someone calm and professional on your side to help get the sale back on it’s course. I recently sold a one bedroom flat in London SW6 with Faron Sutaria Fulham. I accepted an offer within a week but it took 5 months to exchange because of slow conveyances and bureaucratic complications. In several occasions I almost lost the sale. With their in-depth knowledge, professional response and even just by being great listeners, Sema Guleyruz and Polly Ogden were always there, going out of their way to mediate, find the best way forward and hold the sale together. I find it hard to imagine that I would have completed this sale without you by my side. Thank you!

GoogleAfter approaching a number of estate agents to help find a flat to rent, I was most impressed by Faron Sutaria in Fulham, and specifically with our negotiater Muryam. She actually listened to what we wanted and what our budget was, and was flexible with timings of when we could view - whereas most other estate agents had continually shown me properties that were over budget and nothing like what we wanted. We've now found the flat we've been looking for and can't wait to move in - thank you to Muryam for all her help!

Not only did she understand what we were after and actually listened to our budget & criteria, but she was genuinely willing to help us as best she could. And the outcome was 100% ! GoogleFaron Sutaria and Damien are fantastic. Looking for our first rental in Fulham was proving rather more difficult than we had anticipated. Trying to find a ground floor flat with outside space for my cats to live in the middle of summer was a very tall order. Faron Sutaria had the perfect place, were able to show us round within hours and had secured us the property within 24 hours. Damien has been extremely responsive and friendly even when I have done nothing but pester him. I would recommend both the Company and individual to anyone.

He was friendly and confident, prompt with all the paper work and never pushy like many other agents. The property maintenance is outstanding: Gerry, the property manager, is a very responsible, multi-skilled and kind man. GoogleEverything went really smoothly for us with this agency, they found us a great flat really close to our school, the place was perfectly clean when we moved in, and they managed to give us the length of contract we needed, which was a huge relief for students like us who don't need a 12 months contract. The agents are really nice and everything was done really quickly. I hope I will get to find my next flat with this agency again !

GoogleAfter searching for properties online for a few days after we moved from Australia, we came across Faron Sutaria's Fulham office by chance, and a lucky bit of chance it was. We dealt with Damien who demonstrated the utmost professionalism (whilst still being highly personable) and got us into our ideal dwelling within a matter of days with an equally friendly and accommodating landlord. Damien really listened to our requests and offered us suitable alternatives, but was never pushy or forceful. He was transparent throughout the whole process and made the task of relocating very easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Damien and the Faron Sutaria letting team to anybody looking to rent or let their property and will be sure to deal with them for all of our future real estate needs.

GoogleSearching for a flat in London is never easy. You end up meeting dozens of lettings agents, and only a few of them stand out as truly professional. Damien Saunders at Faron Sutaria ended up being my local hero who took more than enough time to understand our needs and show us places that we would truly consider living in, not just everything in their portfolio. He is kind, patient, always available, and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a let in Fulham.

GoogleWe bought a flat in West Kensington and after dealing with local letting agents in West Kensington, as advised, and getting little feedback from them, we decided to go to Faron Sutaria Lettings in Fulham and were immediately reassured that they had tenants who were interested in the area,looking for a spacious 2 bedroom flat and within 2 days we had a firm offer at asking price from Faron Sutaria. I dealt with Blair and Tanya, who were absolutely superb and very efficient. The information and advice we were given was clear and concise and the letting contract was signed and delivered on time. I have recommended Faron Sutaria to many friends and they have equally been impressed.

The whole team there were brilliant, lovely people to deal with but also very professional, organised and proactive. Particular shout out to Georgia Clay who managed the process fantastically well and got us over the line. Would highly recommend.
