Searching for a flat in London is never easy. You end up meeting dozens of lettings agents, and only a few of them stand out as truly professional. Damien Saunders at Faron Sutaria ended up being my local hero who took more than enough time to understand our needs and show us places that we would truly consider living in, not just everything in their portfolio. He is kind, patient, always available, and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a let in Fulham.

We bought a flat in West Kensington and after dealing with local letting agents in West Kensington, as advised, and getting little feedback from them, we decided to go to Faron Sutaria Lettings in Fulham and were immediately reassured that they had tenants who were interested in the area,looking for a spacious 2 bedroom flat and within 2 days we had a firm offer at asking price from Faron Sutaria. I dealt with Blair and Tanya, who were absolutely superb and very efficient. The information and advice we were given was clear and concise and the letting contract was signed and delivered on time. I have recommended Faron Sutaria to many friends and they have equally been impressed.

Avoid at any cost

If I could give zero I will! Awful experience starting from when they gave me the keys and then literally disappeared! Then the inventory was totally different from what I found in the house and when I contacted them they said contact the landlord we can’t do anything! Glad that the landlord was cooperative.Now after leaving the house it took them 10 days to send me the inventory checkout and I called them everyday and they gave a different story every day! Now I have been chasing the deposit for 1 month! Literally awful experience, avoid at any cost.

RUN AWAY FROM THEM!I have lived in many flats in London and never have I experienced such a terrible process. First of all, we wrote down a formal offer with 1 only requirement. After our offer was accepted and we payed one week worth of rent to secure the place, they tell us that specific requirement cannot be met. They took almost 3 weeks to make the landlord sign our contract, and it was voided TWICE so we had to re-sign the contract 3 times in total as they kept adding clauses to it. During the move in, we realise the flat had not been cleaned (and the contract stated everything had to be professionally cleaned, even curtains and sofas.....) but the flat was in an appalling state really. We asked for it to be cleaned again and we are still waiting..... Not to say that we are still waiting for the landlord to pay the inventory. The people in this agency are very rude and will treat you bad. One advice, never use this agency!!!

Awful Lettings Management

As a tenant who has had John D Wood as my lettings management for the last 6 years I can say that they are absolutely awful. They don't reply to emails, don't take responsibility, don't put out of office emails on so you can't get anything urgent done. I would never use them.
