Extremely competent and professional. what I found really head and shoulders above the rest is the willingness to listen and problem solve to get to an agreement - which is ultimately what builds the trust required to close the deal. It has been already two days since signing the rent agreement and paying upfront the full rent for a year yet the keys not released. I don't recommend to use JDW's services for real estate rentals. It is a total disaster and frustration.

Great overall experience when renting a flat in Fulham through John D Wood.Eduard Popa was extremely helpful with my flat search. He was able to address all questions about the property I was inquiring about in a very professional and reliable manner.Finding a flat in February 2022 when most companies and universities are asking people to come back to London had become an impossible mission, taking most of my evenings and weekends.I walked into John D Wood at 10am on a Saturday, and by 2.30pm, my offer had been accepted and one week deposit paid to secure the property. Eduard removed the property from the website in front of me to avoid any future misunderstandings. The rest of the team were really helpful in the following days as we worked through the references process and the tenancy agreement.Eduard, Abigail and Lola, a team of superstars at John D Wood Fulham!I definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a flat in Fulham.

If I had a chance to give them zero star I would go for it!! Unprofessional Agency!! Even if we sent an e-mail for our requests since the first day we moved in the house, we couldn’t get a response. When we first entered the house, the garden was filthy and the microwave wasn’t working. We sent an e-mail, but no one responded. Inventory check was never done which is not professional at all. We were then asked to hand over the house as the landlord wanted to return to their house, which is understandable, the date they gave us notice was 2 months before which is legal time based on contract, they have sent an official email and we started to prepare ourselves, then out of nowhere we received an email they gave us another date for notice which was extended date of 1 week as the release date (this is never a date we requested or we wanted) We mentioned then couple of times that we wanted to leave on the normal date, we even sent an e-mail even it was okay we can leave earlier but for some reason they gave an extended date for 1 week notice which was out of nowhere. They never even told us about any payment or any payment related to this extended date. Because if you offer them to stay yes you will have to pay but this was the offer from them and they should have mentioned terms and conditions to us otherwise how do we know what to do, we have never received info regarding of this situation. What we do not understand is why the notice date is extended without asking us and why do we have to pay for their decision? If it was actual day we were fine. After we moved out they said they can not release the deposit if we don’t pay the money for that 1 week which they have extended without asking us, and they deducted that money from the deposit. The other incident is that they sent the deposit 35 days after the moved out (with deducted) when the rent payment day comes, they can't even wait for 1 day, but they make you wait for 1 month to pay your deposit, arbitrary moves were made, I'm not satisfied at all and I never want to work with this real estate company, I do not recommend working with this real estate agent.

The Battersea Team were brilliant to deal with in the sale of our property. Fred in particular was fantastic to deal with throughout the sale process. As we were immigrating to New Zealand during the sale process and had departed the UK after accepting an offer but before exchange of contracts, Fred was exceptional with providing feedback and assisting us when opposite time zones were a challenge.
