GoogleIt's been around a month since I moved out of a property managed by Japan Letting. I moved out early because of multiple issues with the property including a roof that leaked when it rained and mishandled gas and electric meaning I had to pay for another flat's bills. I've made an official request for my deposit back and still not received it. The next step for me is going through the Deposit Protection Scheme as my deposit is being illegally withheld. Japan Letting claim this is the fault of the landlord not them but they should be taking responsibility for working with incompetent landlords, putting pressure on them and sometimes ending the relationship with bad landlords for the sake of their customers. They are still working with this landlord and putting this property back on the market

GoogleThe Japanese staff responded quickly. They were quick to respond compared to other Japanese agents, and they were very helpful as I had limited time to search for properties. Compared to local agents, the number of properties they can introduce is limited, but I think this is a reliable agent for Japanese people who are not used to looking for real estate here.
