I chased up Nana multiple times both text and email, I keep getting the same copied and pasted message telling me they haven't heard back from the landlord yet and will let me know. Gues what, I go on the website and see the property has been let agreed to someone else. It would be nice to let people know, so that they are not left in limbo, I made it clear for them to please kindly let me know as there are other places that have made me offers but I'm waiting to see what this landlord says. Poor communication

GoogleI was introduced to this agency by an acquaintance because it's run by Japanese people, but as expected, since they're Japanese working in the UK, they lacked the friendliness and kindness of Japanese people working in Japan, and I received an unwelcome response that made it seem like they wanted me to leave as soon as possible. Well, just because the people working there are Japanese doesn't mean you'll receive the same excellent customer service in the UK, and I was so surprised that I doubted whether what was written in the reviews was true. Other British agents were much more attentive and I could tell they were trying to help me find a place to live, but unfortunately, there was absolutely none of that here. I felt like it was a waste of time to even go and talk to them. They said they had no properties they could introduce me to based on my savings, which I suppose varies depending on the agency, but does that mean they had fewer properties available since I was able to secure a place through another agency? I've just arrived in the UK and don't have a job yet, and I was told that for people in that situation, under normal circumstances, when applying for a rental property in the UK, you need an amount equivalent to 30 times the rent as income or balance, and if you don't meet that standard, the reference check won't pass, so if that's difficult for you, it's a waste of time to even go there! I went there because I heard they were Japanese agents, but their customer service was terrible, so I don't recommend them.
I'm replying because I received a response to my review. I arrived at 9:50, not 9:45. I said I would wait until 10:00, but I didn't complain about that, so why are you bringing that up? I'll explain because I received a reply to my review. The person who explained things to me said, "Then please email me your information and what kind of house you're looking for," but they didn't do anything in particular there. I'm not talking about the staff member who explained things to me, but about the attitude of other customers. I'm talking about the two people there, a man and a woman. Didn't they understand my Japanese from the review? So, you're not aware that you're not being friendly? If you were a proper professional doing the same job in Japan, I'm sure you wouldn't be sending this kind of reply. That's also disappointing.

During the cooperation process, Japan Letting Agency worked very efficiently. From viewing the house to moving in, it only took three working days. During this period, Japan Letting Agency assisted us in completing a large amount of work, including: communication with landlords, confirmation of tenant requirements, formulation, modification and signing of rental contracts, communication with Right Move, bank deposit certificates, bank transfers, room cleaning and move-in preparations ,etc. Japan Letting Agency arranged for four people to provide services for my project, which moved me very much.

But when they took it on the response to my communication regarding said issue was prompt, extremely helpful and professional. The issue was addressed almost immediately by Takuya.
