Steer well clear of James Pendleton. We entered into a dispute with the Landlord who refused to fix an issue with damp. James Pendleton provided fraudulent evidence for the Landlord to use as well as withholding evidence for us to use. Fortunately, the council stepped in to provide evidence but in other areas we were unable to combat fabricated evidence.

We appreciate that it is over 18 months since you moved out of the property that you rented through James Pendleton from September 2010 till March 2017 but, we would be more than happy to discuss your experience directly to establish what you feel we could have done differently throughout the tenancy to improve your time in the property and the service James Pendleton provided.

One of the worst estate agents and guess how bad must they be. Wandsworth office allowed contractors to come in prior to the checkout and the head of rental Chris, had the audacity to blatantly lie about it.Stay away, if possible.
