When I entered the offices, I was introduced to the team - not an individual. This really struck me as it felt that I was being supported by a TEAM and not just one person. There was never a question I felt I couldn't ask and help was always just a phone call away. I was offered and given, true to word a person-centered service from very professional, friendly staff who were always empathetic towards me as I was going through an extremely stressful time, but the Team (Caroline,Ken,Jack and the rest) had my best interest always at the center of the process.
