GoogleSurely up there with the best that anyone can expect of a land based agency ... whilst not performing miracles (but getting close) in a flattish market (except se19 borders of course hahaha) , the magic potion of local market knowledge , honesty , straightforwardness , pure hard work and a pleasant but unflappable feel to the team, was mixed in a simmering pot by the true Jedi , Will (sales manager) , whose persistence in gaining the instruction to sell (citing a healthy database of relevant keen buyers ) , was proven to work .......and as swiftly as u can say swiftly, Michael Odish scooped his ladle , twice , into the pool of potion and produced two candidates, jostling to acquire that south facing 2nd floor paradise that , some say , is to be known as "The Overtiled Princedom of Sardinia"....
Tom backed him up on the sales team fully , and the lettings team helped too , picking up the phone so fast , u will feel like a snail in their midst...
So , pretty good then . ...

GoogleSpectacularly poor rental services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I have had umpteen different problems with Jacksons during the nearly 2 years they were managing the rental property i was in. From failure to complete obligations under conditions of offer to rent that prevented me being able to take out contents insurance, to total ignorance and disregard for tenant safety, to over 5 months to address expired and dead fire alarms, to offer 5 months to address black mould in the bedroom, to a total lack of response and action when problems are reported. You have to chase them every single step of the way, the only time Jacksons get off their backsides and get things done is when they are threatened with complaints to ombudsman or they get a bad Google review. They manage all the flats in the block I was in and every single tenant has given up reporting things to them because they know it just disappears off Jacksons radar. Adding to all of this, is one of the most rudest senior staff I have ever come across. One senior manager took the approach to lecture me on how I should be feeling about the situation at the time, while shouting down the phone and disputing facts. They are in total denial of their appalling service.
I REPEAT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
