Googletook a holding deposit double the legal limit. I complained through PRS who told them to give my money back and they blanked me for months. Had to ring every day and eventually guessed their CEO's email address, only then got it back. NEVER USENegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI rented a property from Jack Barclays and was dealing with Isha. She always kept me informed by email and followed up with a phone call, nice that people still have the personal touch. All agents are supportive and friendly. I would highly recommend this agency to others

GoogleSmall but great estate agency. They're quick at replying to emails and any maintenance issues are sorted ASAP. They're also not as money-hungry as several other agencies, my deposit was returned sooner than I expected.

GoogleWe requested Jack to find an occupant for our flat. We find them to be very professional. In our case, we believe that the staff exceeded our expectations and were very well versed on the legalities over renting out a property.

GoogleDo not recommend, they make you pay your holding deposit before giving you any T&C and lie about the property you are renting
