We moved to the UK in 2022 and able to let a house through Intra-Capital Estate Agents. Our main contact person is Novia and from the first date in the property she assisted us lot. As we are new comers to the UK, we did not have much idea about the rules and regulations of UK rental market and Novia explained everything in more simple manner. This was a big relief for us. After staying nearly 18 months, recently we moved to a new property as we need much spacious place. During the past 18 months Novia helped us immensely and handled our matters professionally. Finally, I would like to state that it has been pleasure to work with Novia. She is coordinated our all requests professional and friendly manner and guided us professional and friendly manner till the end of the contract. Unprofessional. Not responding on time, not sure what they are doing. I have placed 3 offers. I got no offical response, i have to call and follow to see what happen with my offer. Last offer they promised they will back to me in the second day. Second day the agent told me his manager will call me in the same day. Never happened. And then as usual i call to follow up. And the response was my manager didnt call he was busy maybe. And i think your offer will not go .if you have another flat dont west your time . . I already wasted my time following with you since 2 weeks now. I dont recomend for landlords or customers. Please no one call me . To change my comment, i never received a following call from your company. Dont start now . Regards . Mo

We rented a flat through Intra Capitals. Since we moved in they've been on top of everything. Yesterday, both of our toilets were clogged due to a building issue. They sent us straight away a plumber, Pierre. He was non-stop working for 5 hours, he did not want to leave until the problem was solved. I can't thank enough Jane (from intra Capitals), Pierre and his manager. From what it started like a crisis, no working toilets in a flat of 3 girls to our crisis to be fixed in time record.
