Highly recommend Intra Capital! very professional and transparent team. Recently reached out to rent a property, Zilvinas and his team were very helpful, friendly and very responsive. Although his busy calendar he still had the kindness to show me all available flats (they were 6 flats! ), provided advice whenever I asked for it, and was very responsive to help me push for contract progress with landloard company. Thanks team you were beyond amazing!

I wanted to express my utmost appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Jane. When our washing machine malfunctioned in our rented flat, Janey Macaspac acted promptly and efficiently. She swiftly replaced the broken washing machine with a brand new one, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily routine. Her responsiveness and dedication to resolving the issue promptly were commendable. The entire process, from reporting the problem to the installation of the new washing machine, was seamless. The professionalism and courtesy shown by Janey throughout this experience have been remarkable. We are grateful for her commitment to ensuring our comfort and convenience in our rented accommodation. I highly recommend Intra Capital Estates for their exceptional service and customer care. Thank you once again Janey, for going above and beyond to address our concerns. It's a pleasure to be associated with such a reliable and customer-oriented agent.

Alastair went above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen from an estate agent before. They can be a slippery breed of people but Alastair is genuine and honest and really went the extra mile to get the sale through.
