Selling my flat had already been a two-year nightmare. I can honestly say it was hell and I couldn’t see a way out until I saw a ‘Sold’ board next door and called these guys. Best decision I ever made. Alastair and Pierre are not like other agents. Their knowledge of the local market and, crucially, the nightmare complexities of shared ownership is exceptional. After one call, they showed up and said, ‘We can do this, no problem.’ And they actually did. Within days, they solved a legal issue that had been stuck for months. My property was listed just hours after I’d filled in a form or two (which they even helped me with). They were texting and calling all the way through the process, shielding me from the nitty-gritty, which I’m so grateful for. When they called to say it was finally all settled, I literally couldn’t believe it. I still can’t. Hand on heart, I can’t recommend Alastair, Pierre, and the team enough. Exceptional service delivered by two real-life people who actually care.

I truly appreciated working with Alastair from Intra Capital Estates. As a 1st time buyer and not originally from the UK, the whole process felt a bit overwhelming but Alastair was incredible at communicating regularly with me, explaining things and finding solutions when we faced some obstacles. I had 100% trust in their efficiency and felt really heard when I had some questions or doubts. Will definitely use them again for future sales or purchases.

Professional, polite and amazing estate agent to deal with! I have no hesitation in recommending Intra-Capital Agents to anyone! Pierre was my main contact, shortlisted the right buyers, and managed to get an offer within two months of listing the property in Walterton Road. He was genuine, provided outstanding customer servicee/support and delivered with a fantastic result!

Worked with Pierre from Intra Capital Estates when purchasing our first flat. He was very communicative and patient throughout the process. Despite us being unexperienced, he always explained the process well, and facilitated communications to the sellers directly even when other parties were slow. Would highly recommend.

Thanks to the amazing service from the team at Intra-Capital ( Paddington), my property sale in Westminster recently was totally stress-free and effortless. It was a pleasure to deal with Alastair who was so pleasant, responsible, professional and knowledgable, throughout the sale he kept me informed at every stage. Everything with Intra-Capital was transparent from day 1 and made this the best experience I have ever had dealing with estate agents in London. Maggie Casey

It has been pleasure to work with Jane of Intra-Capital Estates. She is coordinated our request of repairs more professional and friendly manner and always follow up the work with the contractor until it has been completed fully. Thank you very much for all the support extended you during the past few weeks. Further, we would like to thank Novia too for coordinating all our matters and continuous assistant from the first day of our stay in current property.

Probably the best agency in London. I lived in London for 7 years and I rented with numerous agencies, but none of them compared to Intra Capital Estates! Novia and Alistair were amazing! They were always empathetic and kind to any issues or requests we had and promptly solved them. They made the process of renting and ending the tenancy very easy and enjoyable. This was the first time where me and my boyfriend felt happy with an agency. Highly recommend this agency to my friends and family and will rent for them in the future if we return to London.

I just wanted to come here and give a massive thank you to Michael at Intra Capital. I called for the first time last Friday after being left on hold with unserious estate agents for almost 3 years. He has been the most helpful in every single way. Called on Friday, had viewing on Tuesday, and move in this Friday. Really really great guy. Super helpful, friendly and extremely professional. Would recommend him to any one looking for a place. Has made this whole experience a lot nicer and smoother. 10/10 service. Nathan

Danielle at Intra Capital Estates has been very helpful in guiding me through the process when my previous management company went into liquidation and the team have now taken over the management of the propery. My flat is now in the process of being refurbished when the existing tenant leaves and she has kept me informed of quotes received, when work may proceed etc and keeping me informed of any general maintence issues. I feel my flat is in safe hands with Danielle and the team at Intra capital estates.

For the first time in my life I had to find a flat to rent while abroad and it was very hard to find an agency I could trust and it was wiling to do the work. I've found Intra-Capital on a whim and it worked perfectly! Themis was happy to help (even though the communication was sometimes flawed due to time differences, etc). It took us a while to get it somewhere (again, time differences in place) but I sure could trust them and I moved in headache free, which is the most important thing in this process! SO far so good.

Highly unprofessional and duping . Do Not Trust them, they are misleading with fake advertisements! Pierre, and Alistair tried to sell us a house without residential permissions on the property . When our solicitor found out, they put an indemnity insurance and expected us to make an investment relying on the insurance. Disappointed.

I was really impressed with Alastair, the Director who organised my viewing of the properties quickly keeping me informed of all the processes as I prepared to take up a tenancy. The tenancy checks were done smoothly and I was approved within a day after uploading my identification and income details Thanks Alastair.

Alistair was a true god send throughout the entire process, from the moment we got in touch to view the property until completion and we had the keys. We were first time buyers and not 100% confident but quickly realised we could rely on and trust Alistair. Our solicitors were not very good, and what could have been a much more stressful conveyancing process was smooth thanks to him being there every step of the way. Now we’re so so happy with our home, and he made that happen. Thank you so much!

Michael went above and beyond in helping me secure a flat to move into. Super professional and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He is the best estate agent I’ve talked to in my last few years of renting in London. If you get to deal with Michael then you won’t be disappointed, you will instead have the best experience in your home searching!

I have just finalised a probate sale which was extremely difficult due to deeds not being updated, historic cautions and various other problems. I can only state that Alistair was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to complete the sale. What impressed me most is that he always returned your call and was very proactive. I have no hesitation in recommending this very polite estate agent. Mrs Lynch

Being new to renting in London, I didn't know what to expect from the agents in town and was a bit apprehensive. I did some research online and gave Intra-Capital Estates a call; I told them what I was looking for along with my budget, and they were able to set me up with three viewings for really nice flats within just a couple of days. I dealt with Alastair who was professional and able to tell me a lot about the local area, which was very helpful. Anyway, I'm really chuffed as I'll have keys to my new flat next week! :)

Intra-Capital Estates have been incredible. Over the last 6 weeks I had so many negative experiences from other estate agents when searching across London for a new flat that my experience with Intra was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I got through to Shaz on the phone to under one week later when he had helped us view, sign, complete referencing and get a new flat in Paddington it has been a dream. Super friendly, informative and really a joy to deal with meaning there was next to no stress in getting a new apartment. If you're looking for a place in London speak to Shaz and the team at Intra, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alastair is a model example of personalised customer care in the stressful and complex world of conveyancing. He went above and beyond duty calmly keeping all the wheels turning in what turned out to be a protracted chain. He has a warm charming and optimistic deminer great 👍 to work with and considered a friend now. Highly recommend him for sales and lettings as it involves much more and Alastair has what it takes!

We sold our property with Intra Capital Estates in March 2023. I would not hesitate to recommend Intra Capital to anyone. I mainly dealt with Director Alastair and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the whole process as easy as possible and always was very easy to talk to and communicate with.
