GoogleI have to give a shout out to Eleanor who went above and beyond to help myself and my partner find an apartment in London. We are currently in Dublin which made it hard for us to view certain apartments but Eleanor really did absolutely everything for us from keeping in touch every minute of the day, to sending us videos of places so we could view them in are own time and also doing video calls with us. She was outstanding and gave great customer service. I couldn’t recommend Eleanor enough from Interlet and her colleagues. If you need any help looking for a place to rent in London, Eleanor from Internet is the girl to go too! An extraordinary professional service with exceptional customer service !!!

GoogleHaving used Interlet to let out my flat I can not speak highly enough about this company. I was so impressed with how quickly they let the flat for me. From start to finish everything was handled professionally, swiftly and efficiently. They really cared about making sure they found the right tenants for me. Alexa was especially helpful, friendly and professional keeping me updated on the progress of the let. They handled everything from the viewings, reference checks, Tenancy Agreement and informed me of all the current letting regulations. GoogleI live here for about a month and can say I was really lucky to find this place. My flat is very affordable and the area is wonderful, Hyde park is literally next to the house. The building is old but in a good condition. Also would like to mention the customer service - it is always easy and unproblematic thanks to all managers. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I had an issue with Wi-Fi quality and it was solved in a week as well as other issues. Couldn’t imagine a better place for this price! Honestly can recommend it

I have had a positive experience with Interlet as a buyer, which does not happen often in the London market where estates agents usually side with sellers. Federico is professional and helpful throughout the sales process and beyond. He presented the property in a fair, clear and not misleading way, willingly accommodated my request to view the property more than once, assisted negotiation with the seller, facilitated documentation production to speed up completion, and even sent me detailed floor plan after the sale was completed, when I asked for it to market the property. GoogleI would highly recommend interlet to anyone looking to rent a flat in London! From the process of finding and offering on a flat, through to the actual tenancy, interlet has been amazing and seamless. The property manager Shivam is particularly excellent and is always quick to respond and help with any issues during tenancy, he even put us in contact with great cleaning services around the area! Couldn't recommend more.

She listened to our needs and the first flat we visited with her was the good one. All the team is very kind and helpfull. If you are new to London just like us, Interlet is the perfect way to find a super flat! Interlet found us an apartment that exceeded our expectations, despite our small budget for the area. Thanks to Svetla, who understood our expectations, the first apartment we visited was the Good one. The whole team is adorable and attentive. GoogleI had to move to London within a week, so the stress of finding a place for me was very high, but thanks to Nishaad from Interlet, I found the perfect home for me in less than 2 days. He understood very well my demands, so he managed to find me exactly what I whished for, from the beginning, and more than this he helped me negociating my conditions with the landlord. He made everything so easy for me, being abroad, starting with showing the flat to a friend of mine that was in London, explaining all the details of the contract, being very very responsive to the email/phone, managing all the proces very fast and smooth. I had a great experience with Nishaad, who was very friendly and happy to help me, with everything. I would higly recommand Interlet. Diana

GoogleInterlet has meant a rollercoaster of bad surprises and disappointments for us during our one-year tenancy. Little respect with students, irregular communication (when it’s in their interest) & they still ask you to rate them 5 stars on Google Maps when you aren’t done yet with their service! It took 4 months for Interlet to give back the deposit, obviously not in its entirety, charging us 200£ for cleaning a sofa, 110£ for light bulbs and other ridiculous fees for cleaning a house that was definitely not brand new… One agent in particular was very rude and randomly answered emails. Only plus: they provided a new sofa and sent a handyman when needed.
Dear Alexis, Happy New Year! We note your statement about your experience and we strongly feel that this is untrue, as throughout the tenancy you made no complaints as we dealt with all management issues promptly and efficiently. We deal with thousands of students and over the years they have been very happy with Interlet. We respect students and aim to provide a comfortable and pleasant home away from home during their studies. Before the start of the tenancy, it was explained to you in writing that if any of the students was in employment then you would need to address your council tax with the council. The delay in returning your deposit was due to the fact that the council was chasing the Landlord over the council tax - which had not been paid. In order to return the deposit, we needed proof that you had paid your tax to protect your Landlord. As you were unable to provide this for several months, this naturally delayed the return of your deposit. Thank you for noting that we paid for a new sofa after you stained the old one. While you may take issue with some of the deductions to the deposit made for repairs, please remember that the Landlord paid for significant repairs during your tenancy out of the goodness of his heart. We and the landlord are more than happy to meet you to explain these points, and you know where to find us. Kind regards Head Office

GoogleInterlet has been an absolutely disgraceful experience. Lack of communication, overcharging the checkout (110£ for 8 bulbs which were reported as working) to name a few. The different employees have no sense of service. Don't expect anything from them except when it's about them and their wallet. I would recommend anyone willing to rent an apartment with them to just move on to the next agency. The manager, was especially rude with us and took advantage of us despite our multiple attempts to clear the air.
Dear Mr De Girardier. We are disappointed to read your review. Interlet had exemplary communication with the residents at the property. Interlet attended to every call or message from the tenant within short notice. This including curtains torn down, beds broken, taps broken from the sink. The tenants were never charged for these damages or call outs. The landlord paid for all these damages during the tenancy on good will. We and the Landlord liked all the tenants, and enjoyed a good relationship during your stay. Interlet are not involved in the inventory check out. An independent 3rd part clerk (not related to the agent or landlord) conducted the inventory check-out. Deductions were made as a result of the differences between the state of the property when it was let to you and when you gave it back to the landlord. We disagree with your statements about Interlet employees. At all times Interlet members of staff have been courteous and responsive to all your requests. The manager also had to deal with the noise complaints from the neighbours and the council warning over fly tipping. We would have appreciated it if you had raised your concerns regarding the deductions and we could have had these explained to you clearly. Kind regards Head Office
