I highly recommend Interlet to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. Interlet is an agency with professional, reliable, and fair staff. I rented a flat through Interlet for several years, and I had a great experience from beginning to end. The staff were very kind and always supportive, and any issue, related to the flat or the building, was always followed up on very well. I would like to express my special thanks to Kerry, who was very helpful and supportive throughout those years. As an incoming student from the US, Alexa made the process seamless and answered all my questions as a first time renter in London. We were recommended to contact Alexa by a friend who used Interlet before. We were quite desperate and tried few estate agents who were not able to help. We needed a short let property at a very short notice due to extensive building works at our home. We were really stressed and did not want to move too far as the whole process was quite disruptive for the whole family already. We was very impressed with the way Interlet approached our situation and dealt with us. Alexa was fantastic, upmost professional yet friendly and smily at all times. Our children loved visiting Interlet office where everyone was making them feel very special. We could not recommended Interlet high enough. Not your typical estate agent!

So far had a great experience with Interlet! The agents (particularly Alexa) could not be more helpful and have assisted us with our move in and any problems that have arised swiftly. As students renting is never the easiest but Interlet have made our move a pleasant experience.

Huge thanks to Interlet, especially Alexa, for making my stay in London absolutely delightful. I was in need of an apartment in March 2020 and signed a contract just two days after my first call to Interlet. The apartment in Kensington was just as lovely as shown in the pictures which made me sign right away. The people at Interlet have been fantastic in regards of communication and helpful in any topic. I was looking for a studio flat in London (Earl's Court, but they have plenty of other offers). At the first visit Eleanor (from Interlet Int'l Lettings) showed me exactly what I was looking for. After that, the process until the signature of the Tenancy Agreement has been easy, with a lot of reactivity from Eleanor. I recommend at 100 %.

Happy so far (1st month renting), the company have been reliable. The application and referencing were straightforward, good communication, reactivity and flexibility from Alexandra and the rest of the team. A thorough inventory was also provided so it's all been very transparent and everyone I've interacted with has been lovely. I'd recommend them.

Initial good experience and communication. However they became slow to respond often having to send multiple emails and make multiple calls for them to reply. Deposit came more than a month after I moved out and I was overcharged in cleaning fees. Not the worst I’ve seen in London but certainly not the best.
