From the moment I signed up, the service has been excellent. It was an easy initial process of choosing what package to have and then paying for it. I was immediately contacted by email to progress the photography appointment which took place with 2 days. While I waited for this, I wrote the information about my property that would be posted online. Their website process for this is simple and straightforward.

Currently using this service for the second time to rent my flat. Website is very easy to navigate and it's really easy to create A a listing and manage. The customer service team have been really helpful when I've contacted them. They get your listing onto the right websites to generate interest but it's so much more reasonable price wise than the commercial agents who take a significant portion of rent just for finding tenants. Would highly recommend to any landlord who is willing to do their own viewings and just needs to get the listing to the right people

GoogleEasy to use and straight forward. There are different options from to completely “do it yourself” to have everything done for you, even the viewings! I liked knowing I had different options even if at the end I did all by my self. If you feel confident enough, I Am The Agent is the best way to sell your house as no one else knows it better than you! Highly recommended.

GoogleProperty Ref 17514 Lundy Close: Very poor service from Agent. Made enquirys about viewing on Thursday & Friday.Didn't hear back til Saturday evening to arrange viewing. Made appointment for the Bank Holiday Monday to view at 11am . Thought we'd leave early as was a 45min journey and to check the area out. On arrival received a text cancelling viewing due to property being sold on the Saturday, an email was also sent but went to spam. What a waste of time & money . Surly a phone call would of been the best option. Would not recommend this company , they will waste your time and money.Avoid!!!
Dear Simon We will call you this morning. We are an online estate agent the person you booked the viewing with wasn’t us, it was the property owner. I am sorry but we have no control over their viewing schedule nor offers. However, we can certainly see why you were frustrated by the last minute update but it wasn’t anything to do with our service levels but the owners. We will discuss the matter with them directly on why they didn’t call you in advance and update you and for that we are sorry on their behalf. As a private family run company we pride ourselves with high customer services and work very hard to collect reviews, so we are devastated to receive a 1 star review for something sadly we had no control over or knowledge of, we deal with 1000’s of property owners and enquiries. We hope to speak to you later to discuss the matter in more detail and reassure it wasn’t us that cancelled the viewing. We have tried to call you a few times with no response. I found I Am The Agent pleasant and easy to deal with either online via email or by phone. A slick no nonsense and easily accessible website was a plus. Great company. Online estate agents are two a penny but this one is a breath of fresh air. Cheaper than many, great customer support and been working with I Am The Agent for 7 years. Same team members, who I know by name, a proper business. It is frustrating to see the negative reviews they sometimes get from people who blame the company/them for losing out on properties as they don’t deal with that side of it. What they do is market properties and support homeowners to rent and sell properties and they do it jolly well!

GoogleAs a landlord of a nice little property portfolio in Greenwich my family and I find it essential that we get only executive and quality tenants - since using I Am The Agent we have NEVER had a single issue with anything and I sincerely mean that. The service is scams to none and they are extremely professional down to every single detail. If you have forked out thousands why would you want to jeopardise it but getting tenants that haven’t been checked properly or the paperwork in place etc. This applies not only to the landlord but the Tennant too going through a professional company like is literally like using a blue chip operator. Best in the business bar none.

GoogleIt’s disrespectful and reportable the way they treated us today. We had a viewing in the evening and whenever we got there there was people coming in and out the flat with an agent. They closed the door and called me saying the flat was sold in the morning. They lied 100%. The worst agency I have ever seen.

TrustpilotFair price for outreach landlord gets, but software/functionality update overdue
Fair price for the outreach you get. The software is a bit clunky and inputting property details may require repeat attempts. Didn't like the property sign they affix to your property, better if you could affix it yourself and reposition/remove at one's discretion.Applicants can easily respond - perhaps too easily. Increasing number of requests from fellow agents and scammers. The emails are not presented in a user-friendly fashion and functionality of software is very limited. Flow-through from other web sites (RightMove etc) means applicants don't know which property you're contacting them about.IATA should carefully think about improving the landlord side services/interface as rivals will outcompete them otherwise. For the time being, will do but needs improvement. I've used IATA since, I think, 2015 - that in itself is an endorsement of sorts.

I am a returning customer to 'I am the agent' and they have once again continued been a great estate agent to work with. Fast, value for money & efficient. The partners they work with (EPC rep, photographer I used) are also of the same high standard.Over the phone they were always extremely helpful and polite. They also offered helpful rental valuation reports when I was unsure what the rental of my property should be.Overall, the service offers excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to either by or sell their property. My property is now let and only took 6 days - and this in part was down to their valuable support.

My goodness! I am the Agent really is the BEST! I own a flat in London and for two years I used a prestigious but unprofessional Estate Agent (Felicity Lord). It was not a happy experience at all which is why I looked elsewhere. They offered nothing more than I am the agent and I just do not understand how the price can vary so much between the two companies. I am the Agent charged £400 to do EVERYTHING that I needed: - Found two wonderful tenants, - carried out very thorough and professional checks and references, - wrote a very thorough and professional tenancy agreement, - Organised an inventory, - Organised the tenancy deposit scheme and more. The London Estate Agent charged me well over £7000 for doing the same thing with terrible service and worse tenants.To discover I am The Agent has been an absolutely amazing experience. They offered a personalised, professional service for a relatively tiny amount. They gave advice and were prompt in replying to my emails and questions . They recommended a fantastic Tenancy Deposit Security Company. I also organised an Inventory through them which again was very professional and well done. I can hardly believe the difference between a "top" estate agent and "I am the Agent" These guys deserve nothing but success. They work hard for their money and deliver an incredible service.Thank you "I am the Agent". You've saved me at least £6500 a year and I am so impressed with what you're offering.

We wanted our property and photo''s put on righmove eetc but we wanted to do the viewings ourselves. I am an agent let us know when enquiries were made by text and e-mail. We then contacted the clients only one caused a problem because the person did not have an e-mail and no telephone was taken by the agent so I had no way of contacting the client. I phoned up and told them about this and it was fine after that. We have an offer which we have accepted.

Trustpilot2nd sale with this company - can't be beaten on price or service
Iamtheagent realise that you are the best person to show people around your property and put you in control of when people come to view. You can have as much or little support as you want and are always there with any queries. I have sold with them twice now - both times resulting in a property sale in under a week! Why bother with commission based/high street estate agents. You also have the benefit of having your buyers details to keep updated as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money for getting onto all the main websites for maximum exposure - had plenty of viewings very quickly - watch out for the cowboys as you're doing you're own vetting - there's plenty out there that aren't serious buyers or just come round to put in a very stupid offer - but on the whole, quality prospects - and it didn't take long to get a committed buyer at a fair price. Requested a For Sale board that arrived promptly and didn't take very long to erect with a spare baton of timber that I had. So, overall, a very cost-effective sale. I'd just like them to consider recycling the For Sale boards - I would have happily have passed it on to another local person who had signed up for their service.
